We are always working to set new standards in delivering excellence to our customers. As part of our continued commitment to supporting your business needs, we are launching OptrakSync, a consulting service designed to keep your Optrak system aligned with your business and logistics needs.
OptrakSync captures a detailed analysis of your current operation. An assessment is then made on what actions are required to fine tune your Optrak system. We will provide you with a written report detailing our recommended modifications and changes to ensure Optrak remains in sync with your business.
OptrakSync is being launched as an optional service for our existing customers, and it will be integrated into all new implementations of Optrak because of the additional value and return on investment we believe it can offer you.
