Optrak4 Realisation takes real-time activity data from your drivers’ on-board computers or PoD handhelds (either directly or via your ERP) – and integrates it into your Optrak4 plans, allowing your to manage and update your routes in real-time.
Optrak4 Realisation uses the data from the in-vehicle computer to quickly alert you to any problems that are occurring. Planners can re-route trips to handle real-time issues to ensure that the majority of customer orders are met – or in the case of collection/single order-type delivery (such as fuel oil) moved onto another trip.
Poor customer service sticks in the mind. Optrak4 Realisation allows you to identify real-time problems impacting customer service and keep the customer informed, lessening the impact when you really cannot get there on time.
Realisation provides you with the tools to measure, improve and report on your customer service – whether it be client facing (including a full delivery service history of a customer prior to a review meeting) – or as a sales tool to demonstrate customer service levels.
Users can manage real-time issues such as delays occurring at the warehouse, drivers becoming unavailable, traffic problems and delays getting unloaded at the customer, as it is happens – Optrak4 Realisation receives data from the drivers and updates the Optrak4 plan with the latest information. Any recalculated schedules are displayed with the problems highlighted.
With Optrak4 Realisation, Optrak4 Messenger will be able to send not just advanced notification of delivery but an up-to-date “your delivery is expected in 15 minutes” – allowing customers to ensure they are ready to receive the delivery – making the delivery quicker and easier for them and you.
As the day’s plan is carried out, it is logged to Optrak4 Planner to provide a wide range of reports based on what really happened, allowing a comparison with the actual plan.
Optrak4 Realisation is an integrated tool which can either be viewed and run in the live plan in Optrak4 Planner, in a browser application in Optrak4 Publisher and by Q4 2016 through the Optrak Logistics Intelligence data warehouse application.
